How do I mark items as dispatched?

On the Checkout Console under the participant's invoice you will find the ‘Dispatch' option to the right for each item on their invoice.

Clicking this will help you keep track of what items you have sent to your participants or have been collected, you can either ‘Dispatch’ individual items or you can click ‘Dispatch All’ to confirm the participant has received all their items.
Note: This feature does not notify participants that their items have been shipped.
Items can also be marked as dispatched by logging into a volunteer account. Click checkout and search the participant’s name to view and dispatch items on their invoice.
