This depends on the laws in your region. In some locations, such as the UK, all raffle tickets must be sold at the same price.
If local laws allow different ticket prices, you can set up raffle package pricing. Create or edit your raffle item in the item edit form, then click on "Add Raffle Package" button and enter the package details. You can add one or more raffle packages as needed.
