Payments made through GalaBid are processed through the Stripe account connected to your campaign. Stripe manages your payouts and transfers available funds to your associated bank account according to your payout settings.
How long do Stripe payouts take?
Your payout timing depends on your Stripe account, payment history, and payout schedule.
1. First payout: Typically, your first payout arrives around 7 days after your first successful payment. The exact timing may vary depending on your Stripe account and country.
2. Subsequent payouts: Depending on your Stripe settings, payouts may be scheduled daily, every few days, or at another available frequency.
3. Payout schedule: You can check whether your payouts are set to automatic or manual and review your payout schedule in your Stripe Dashboard.

Where is my payout and how do I reconcile my payments?
GalaBid does not hold your funds or release them as a single payout after your event. Stripe processes payments and transfers available funds according to your account's payout settings.

Why don't all my event payments arrive in one payout?
Stripe groups payments into payouts based on when the funds are processed and become available, rather than grouping them by campaign or event.
As a result, payments from the same event may appear across multiple payouts, and a single payout may include payments from different dates or transactions.
To reconcile your bank deposits, open the Payouts section in your Stripe Dashboard and review the transactions included in each payout. Use this information to match the payout amount with the corresponding bank deposit.
