How to Use the AI Assistant?
AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is a new feature that helps admins with questions about the platform and campaign branding. It provides instant answers using information sourced directly from our knowledge base and works alongside our existing Live Chat support.
The AI Assistant is available in the Setup Guide on your dashboard, making it easy to access quick answers while setting up and managing your campaign.
Click the Setup Guide icon, as shown above. A pop-up will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. Select AI Assistant at the top of the pop-up, then type your question into the text box and click Send to receive an answer.
Once you click Send, the AI Assistant will process your question and provide the relevant steps to help you complete the task. It also include links to related Help Centre articles for additional information and guidance.
If you want to generate any assets related to branding, navigate to the Branding tab. Then, click the dropdown menu under the question field and change the mode to Act Mode. Act Mode is only available in branding section of your campaign.
You can now choose from the available branding options, such as Branding, Logo, or Banner, based on your requirements. Enter a prompt describing the changes you would like to make and click Generate.
The AI Assistant will generate the requested output for you. Review the result, and if you’re happy with it, click Apply to apply the changes to your campaign.
Once you have applied the changes, click Save to ensure the updates are reflected in your campaign.
